ABOUT RAINY DAY RECRUITMENT

RECRUITMENT BUILT ON TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS

Rainy Day Recruitment was founded on two simple ideas: effective recruitment is built on transparency and trust, and that it pays to think outside the box.

For too long, recruitment has been based on a one-size-fits-all approach that leaves employers and jobseekers disempowered and fails to take advantage of the diversity of available talent.

We founded Rainy Day in 2020 to disrupt the recruitment industry and provide services based on honest communication, innovative thinking and prioritising the unique needs of our clients.
