Our commercial terms let employers choose the fee that suits them, supported by transparent payment terms, a 100% money‑back guarantee, and no hidden costs.
The two engagement models are:
- Contingent Recruitment – You choose the fee based on the level of guarantee you want. This shared-risk approach means you have flexibility while ensuring transparency.
- Retained Recruitment – A fully transparent, agreed fee, covering all costs associated with the recruitment process. This model includes extended guarantee periods and priority service.
All fees are confirmed in writing before we commence work, and our proposals outline scope, timelines, and payment terms clearly.
For on-hire labour solutions and short-term contract roles, we manage payroll and statutory obligations, including PAYE tax, superannuation, workers’ compensation, and leave entitlements.
